Run cmd as admin..

Type diskpart and hit enter.
When it opens,
1.Type list disk.
(Check the drive number if ur pendrive)
Example disk 1.

2.Type Select Disk 1 .(thus if your pendrive is disk 1)

3.type Clean.

4. type Create Partition Primary

5 Type Select Partition 1

6. Type Active

7. Type format fs = ntfs Quick (for quick format)

Then type Assign.

Type exit to complete.
